Eight-time Grammy Award and three-time Academy Award Winner, Burt Bacharach, will perform songs from his diverse repertoire as one of the most successful songwriters of all time, as he comes to the UK this summer for four very special shows.
Starting on 27th June at Bristol Colston Hall, dates also include 29th June at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall and 6th July at Southend Cliffs Pavilion. On 4th July he will play a special show at London’s Royal Festival Hall where he will be joined by soul sensation Joss Stone. All shows except Southend will see Burt accompanied by an orchestra, with the Southend show being with Burt’s long-standing band.
Burt said: “I’m excited to be returning to the UK this summer to play more concerts. It’s such a joy to perform in the UK for such great audiences.”
A true legend in every sense of the word, Bacharach’s songs sound as fresh today as they have done throughout his career.
